Waldo’s Coffeehouse welcomes “The Good Graces”, an indie-folk/pop collective based in Atlanta, consisting of Kim Ware backed by a rotating cast of friends. Andrew Vickery on guitar, mandolin and dobro will be joining Kim for the concert on the 13th. Since its inception in 2006 “The Good Graces” has toured up and down the east coast, down to Texas, over to California, and performed at large festivals. Several years ago, Kim’s song “Cold in California” caught the attention of the Indigo Girls and was invited by the renowned duo to support their shows during their summer tour. “The Good Graces” were also Great American Song Contest finalists in 2016 and 2017.

The Saturday concert at Emerson UUC in Marietta starts at 7:00 PM. Doors open at 6:30 PM. Entrance donation is $10.00. Snacks are available at no charge. Adult beverages will be provided for a nominal donation.

A note for the November Coffeehouse, it had to be moved to December 1. Featured then: Brian Frey. He is a local performer at different venues in the area and a good friend of our own Alex Spitzer, who he also musically accompanies during his dance performances. He played as an opening act for a Coffeehouse concert last year and was so well received that we decided to bring him back as featured artist. He will have some of his musician friends with him to make the evening even more exciting. Opening act for him will be our own Jason Chitwood.

October and December, two great concerts. Don’t miss these artistic treats. We hope to see you all at Waldo’s Coffeehouse!
